Ok… first off I will say, I really don’t know a whole lot about the guy, and where he stands on a lot of issues and that is a fault of my own… but what scares me most about the guy are his peace keeping abilities. (Please know that I’m not trying to turn this into a “Aaahh all McCain ever talks about is war this and war that.. blah blah blugh…) I just don’t feel like he will be a peace time president, and that is actually a great concern of mine.
To put it in its simplest form, (and call me naive) I will quote one of my favorites.
“Here’s what we believe, its simple, we don’t want to kill”

To be fair, Obama won’t be a peace time president either. When he gets in office, we’ll still have two wars going on, and we’ll be kept on edge by Iran and Russian aggression. Whoever steps into office is going to have to make some tough decisions on the world stage.
But, I know what you mean. My concern about John McCain has really been illuminated by the Georgia conflict. McCain seems so eager to set it up as another Cold War, and I sense a deep desire in him to fight a Good vs. Evil battle, and that scares me. Sometimes, I just want him to breathe.

Yea you are right there, and I realize that about Obama’s presidency. I guess I meant it more as, Obama not forcing wars, and eagerly jumping onto the battlefield.
We should just be on a chatline or something… lol
