I read somewhere today that the Arrested Development movie is definitely a go. I really, really liked that show, and I hate it that it got canceled, but I was just wondering, is making a film adaption of the TV series supposed to make me feel better? (and others that feel the way I do?) Don’t get me wrong, if there is a movie made I will more than likely see it, but I can’t help but think that I will feel the same way when the movie is over, that I did at the show’s finale. Suuuuper bummed. I guess the only exception would be if they answered all the questions they left me hanging with, but I’m not sure if I see that happening. (Who knows, maybe it will.)
I’m just ranting here as I usually do, but nonetheless I would love to see that cast get back together.

I wonder if there has ever been a really successful transition from small screen to big screen. I’m trying to think about it. The first X-Files movie was a hit critically and commercially, but was buried by the disaster of a second movie they did last year. The Simpsons movie was alright, I guess.
I’ll probably see the movie if it comes out, but I just wonder if there’s any chance that it will be halfway decent.
